These arrangements ensure fair prices and stable purchasing, including for communities transitioning away from illicit crop cultivation. 

In Cartagena, the recent San Pedro Claver location is more spacious and has a charming rooftop lounge where you can enjoy stunning views of the old city with your meal.  Vegetarian and vegan options are plentiful, and breakfast is served daily until 11:00 am, making it a convenient, feel-good choice at any time of day.
